I'm not a pro at this stuff, so I'm not sure where to go from here. I've even tried using the Media Browser to directly import the AVCHD files from the SD card to include all the files, but nada. I've also tried clearing media cache folders, but that doesn't work either. I've tried using Adobe Media Encoder to change the files to mp4 or mov, but it says the original files don't have sound, even though I can open them up and hear them just fine. When I drag the AVCHD folder directly into Premiere, it imports all the mtf files, but it also gives me an error saying it doesn't support files that are in there that include. MTF files into Premiere, or even the entire contents of the SD card, it doesn't seem to be able to read the audio and Premiere thinks it's jut video without sound.
